At Kiki McDonough, we want you to be delighted with your jewelry; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your online purchase within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our Customer Services team via email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the necessary return documentation.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the jewelry in its original branded packaging and secure it within a sturdy shipping box, ensuring all original certificates and tags are included.

  Label and Dispatch

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at an authorized courier location or schedule a collection.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our specialists have inspected the item to confirm it is in its original, unworn condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
